Prepping and Eating Trout..

Posted a couple videos about cleaning out the trout (if not all fish) guts. Do this as quick as possible to preserve freshness. In Molinopampa, they like to cut from the back.

Then just coat with flour and some salt and throw in a hot frying pan full of oil. Other good prep tips can be found HERE.

Eating is pretty self explanatory..
